Rules - Short Course Racing (Tuff Truck Class)
Electric - Based off of Traxxas Slash Short Course race truck

Must resemble a “real” full bodied Short Course
race truck.

Rims must be 2.2 in size and Tires must be
“scale appearing” off road racing
tires.

All vehicles are limited to (15 turn 540) or (12
turn 550) motors.

6 cell battery (maximum)

7.4 volt LiPo battery (maximum)
Nitro - Based off of Traxxas Slayer Pro 4wd Short Course race truck

Must resemble a “real” full bodied Short Course
race truck.

Rims must be 2.2 in size and Tires must be
“scale appearing” off road racing tires.

May run any Nitro burning engine from .12 - .20.
Qualifying:
Qualifying is multiple lap qualifiers. Qualifying will have three to four Tuff
Trucks competing at one time for five laps. Drivers will complete three rounds
of qualifying before being seeded into the mains.
Mains:
Mains follow a short course off road racing format. After each driver has
qualified, they are seeded into a three to four truck five lap main.

Three truck mains: The “Top Qualifier” and second fastest runner up from
the three rounds of qualifying puts them in the A-main spot. Third and fourth
fastest times are seeded into the B-main. Fifth and sixth fastest qualifying
times will be seeded into the C-main, and so on. Winners of their main will
automatically be bumped up to the next main.

Four truck mains: The “Top Qualifier”, second, and third fastest runner
up from the three rounds of qualifying puts them in the A-main spot. Fourth,
fifth and sixth fastest times are seeded into the B-main. Seventh, eighth, and
ninth fastest qualifying times will be seeded into the C-main, and so on.
Winners of their main will automatically be bumped up to the next main.

The A-Main: The “A-main” in Tuff Truck racing is a three to four, 10 lap feature event.
The first truck to cross the finish line after completing ten laps is declared
the winner
