JR Mitch and Josh Talmadge win 2009 Florida State Series with JConcepts.
JConcepts takes top 5 positions in 1/8th pro buggy.
Florida has always been one of the toughest places to race and home to some of
the best drivers on the east coast. The Florida State Series has been in
existence since 1992 and has always provided one of the most competitive fields
of racers in the southeast.

JR Mitch (pictured above) continued his Florida winning ways in the 1/8th buggy
and truck class in the FSORS 2009 series. With JConcepts providing the tires,
bodies, wheels and accessories JR dominated from the start. However JR was not
alone; In the 1/8th buggy pro class, JR lead a 1st – 5th place JConcepts sweep
with Nick Angelidas 2nd, JP Tirronen 3rd, Jason Ruona 4th and Nathan Wincek in
5th surrounding JR among Florida’s elite. In the 1/8th truck division, JR led
the JConcepts 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th results with Nathan Wincek finishing the 2nd
position, Tony Pattishall 4th and Mike Mennella 5th.

Josh Talmadge (pictured above), a relative newcomer to R/C, made a big splash
onto the scene in 2009 by winning the 1/8th buggy sportsman class with just a
year’s worth of R/C racing experience. Josh’s buggy was completely covered with
JConcepts products all year long including the Hi-Flow and Punisher body line as
well as his tire of choice, JConcepts Crossbows for buggy and Cross Hairs for
truck.

As we look forward to 2010, JConcepts would like to congratulate the entire
staff, sponsors, participating race tracks and racers of the Florida State
Series on another outstanding season.
